The Autovista method
There is a major difference between the Autovista methodology
and other traditional valuation providers: Autovista prices are not
based on mathematical depreciation of new car prices, but Autovista
prices are statistically derived in almost real time out of actual live
market data per region, so they reflect the real local market. All
prices can be verified by actual market data, so they are completely
transparent, not black boxes like other valuation systems.
Autovista prices are only built on data facts and do
not include human opinions. The methodology behind this has been
developed by us over many years and is used today by many European
governments. Also, the renowned auditing company KPMG has certified the
Autovista methodology.

The basis of our work lies in car model
databases, real time information gathering from the market and our
innovative calculation methods. Our expertise lies in data flow
controlling, statistical analysis and their development and the
maintaining of databases.
Our information services offer data of used car
prices, residual values and their estimation, stock indexes and
different types of research.
We also provide web based applications for dealers to gather,
distribute and utilize data. With our software it is possible to price
used cars and manage stock data.
